Salon Policy:

Arrival: New clients should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to service to allow time to complete a client profile. If you are a return client, plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to service.

Gratuity is not included in our pricing or gift certificates. Customary tip is 15-20% of the cost of service. Our guest's individual preferances and level of satisfation are encouraged when determining gratuities.

Children under 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian to receive spa treatments. Some services require that the guardian stay in the room with the child receiving service.

Communication: If you are ever uncomfortable during a treatment with the temperature, pressure, lighting, or scent, please speak up. We want your experience to be enjoyable.

Skin Conditions such as sunburns, rashes, or fungus should be notified to the therpist.

Attire should be loose and comfortable,easily taken on and off.Please remove jewerly and leave at home. You will be provided with a robe and slippers to make your spa experience more relaxing. You may wear undergarments-however, our therapist is highly trained in draping procedures to keep you comfortable at all times.

Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Show Policy:
  • Rescheduling: Based on availability
  • Cancellations: Please provide more than 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of each scheduled service.
  • No-Show - A No-Show will result in a 50% charge of each scheduled service.
Cell Phones For your relaxation, please turn off cell phones, or turn to quite mode, while in the salon and spa.
